Phase 1 of this unique project within the grounds of a private Hampshire estate consisted of the full conversion and renovation of its disused stable block and garages. These were transformed into a luxury two bedroom guest house. 

We then moved on to an extremely exciting second phase - demolition of the storage barn followed by construction of a brand new indoor pool, spa and gym complex. The key part of our brief here was to create a new build in keeping with the original character of the estate. 

With the use of a natural oak frame and reclaimed materials we managed to create a truly unique and stunning space for the family and friends to enjoy throughout the year.
